Mary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University. Mary has extensive experience working with children and young adults, whether they face anxiety, depression or adjustments/life transitions such as blended families, new schools, or behavioral concerns. Mary predominantly uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness approaches while working with her clients, but adjusts the therapeutic approach based on the individual's needs. Mary is trauma-informed and believes that everyone can benefit from therapy. She is passionate about the helping relationship and looks forward to helping her clients achieve their best life.
