Shannon Jones

Shannon joined Insight Counseling Services of Greater Lansing LLC in January 2020. She has spent nearly her entire career as a manager and or billing specialist for non-profit organizations including; Volunteers of America MI and Holy Cross Services.  Specializing in creating unique management strategies that integrate in-depth financial accountability with the latest in connectivity technology to ensure that office operations run smoothly as possible.  She is a lifelong Michigan native, residing with her husband Eddie and their fur babies.
