Hello, glad you are here! My name is Lauren (she/her), and I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I graduated from Ferris State University with both my BSW and MSW, in 2012 and 2015, respectively. My clinical specialties include providing neuro-affirming care, ADHD, High-masking/late-diagnosed Autism, and healing attachment/developmental trauma. I have achieved certification in EMDR and am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider.

The environment I like to create in a session is one in which the client feels safe, understood, and empowered. The therapeutic relationship is incredibly powerful, and my hope is that together we can define realistic goals and make meaningful change in your life. It is a privilege to enter the inner lives of the people I serve.

I love living in rural Northern Michigan and enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, and camping. I live with my husband, our children, and probably too many pets. You are most likely to find me looking for rocks on a lakeshore or petting a dog.
