I am a fully licensed master’s level social worker and have been working as a medical social worker for over 10 years with the majority of that time spent providing case management services in the hospital and in the outpatient setting working for a health insurance company. I have knowledge about chronic disease processes and can empathize with the feelings of fear and uncertainty - as well as the loss of independence - that can occur as a result. I am also comfortable working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.

I will provide a safe space for you to discuss your concerns and will help guide you through your journey toward emotional stability by setting goals and utilizing interventions that make sense for your specific situation. I know that life's path is full of obstacles and roadblocks, but I look forward to helping you create your own toolset that will allow you to make the path less treacherous or to forge a new path entirely.

I offer tabletop role playing game (TTRPG) support groups in 4 week rotations. They are open to adults and it is preferred if participants are neurodivergent or have diagnosed ADHD, but it is not necessary as all adults looking for support in this way are welcome. I have been trained by a non-profit organization in Pennsylvania called the Bodhana Group. More details on the group I offer, including how to register, can be found here: https://insightcounseling.live/tabletop-rpg-support-group
