I have the honor of working with couples, families, groups, and individuals across a spectrum of concerns, from anxiety and depression to PTSD and self-harm. As an adoptive parent and counselor, I am also passionate about helping families navigate the unique challenges of foster care and adoption. Regardless of where you are in your healing journey, I welcome you with open arms. Let’s explore how therapy can support you in overcoming and finding a path to thrive.
As a Limited Licensed Counselor (LLC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University, I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Emotional Focused, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting (BSP). Brainspotting (BSP) helps access and process trauma through focused awareness on specific visual points. In our sessions, I also use art and play therapy to create a safe space for healing, allowing your mind to engage with its challenges to work in harmony to dismantle the trauma, symptoms, and outdated beliefs so that new, more adaptive perspectives and inner resources can develop.
If you're curious about what therapy could look like for you, your child, or your family, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to embarking on this journey together!
