I am honored to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, and life transitions. As both a counselor and adoptive parent, I have a special passion for supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families as they navigate the unique joys and complexities of their journeys. Wherever you are in the healing process, you will be met with compassion, acceptance, and a commitment to helping you move toward greater resilience and well-being.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Siena Heights University, I draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting (BSP). Brainspotting is a powerful trauma-processing approach that uses focused visual attention to access and heal experiences stored deep within the brain and body. Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate art and play therapy to create a safe, engaging environment where healing can occur naturally. Together, we will work to process trauma, reduce distressing symptoms, challenge limiting beliefs, and build new perspectives and inner resources that support lasting growth.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
